About Isadora
Isadora is an amazing, goofy, and playful girl with a big personality and so much love to give. She enjoys making new friends and has done wonderfully meeting new dogs at the dog park. Because she truly thrives with canine companionship, she would do best in a home with another dog that can keep up with her energy and play style. Isadora is also good with kids and has done well around cats, although supervised interactions with cats are still recommended. One of Isadora's favorite things in the world is water! Whether it's a trip to the beach, a lake day, or simply splashing around, she's always ready for an adventure. She's a smart dog who enjoys learning new things and already knows how to sit using a hand signal. As a deaf dog, Isadora responds best to visual cues and hand signals. She is eager to learn and would enjoy continuing her training with someone willing to build on the communication skills she already knows. She can sometimes become distracted by all the exciting things happening around her, so patience and consistency will help her continue to succeed.Isadora is potty trained, kennel trained, and finds comfort in having a kennel available as her own safe and relaxing space. She is an active and enthusiastic explorer who loves being outdoors. Because she cannot hear verbal recalls, she does best in secure areas or when using a long line during adventures. She gets excited when it's time to come back inside and may occasionally think it's playtime, but asking her to sit and giving her a moment to settle helps her refocus. She is also very curious and loves to investigate her surroundings, so a home that is mindful of open doors and gates will help keep her safe during her explorations. To help her stay comfortable, Isadora benefits from having pet steps or a ramp available for getting on and off furniture, as jumping isn't her favorite activity. She appreciates a calm, predictable environment and forms strong bonds with the people she trusts.Overall, Isadora is a fun-loving, affectionate, and entertaining companion who will bring plenty of laughter and joy to her future family. With an active home, continued guidance, and ideally a canine friend by her side, Isadora is sure to thrive and become a beloved member of the family.B.B 06/13/2026
