Hi, I’m Penelope! 💕I’m 3 years old, and I’m a sweet girl who just needs a little time to get to know you. I can be a bit shy when we first meet, but once I feel comfortable, I open up and form a close bond with my people.Right now, I’m doing really well in my foster home and getting to show more of my personality every day! I’ve met a cat and did well, mostly choosing to give them their space and do my own thing. I’ve also met another dog and showed off a little bit of my playful side!I’m looking for a family who will give me a little time to settle in and get comfortable.
