Completando familias desde 1945
Gulf Coast Humane Society es un refugio de animales sin fines de lucro 501(c)(3) que alberga y cuida aproximadamente a 3000 perros y gatos cada año. Fuimos fundados el 15 de enero de 1945 por Frances y Harvey Weil. Los nativos de Corpus Christi tal vez recuerden nuestro refugio original en Navigation Boulevard. Sin embargo, en abril de 1998, comenzamos a operar en nuestras instalaciones actuales en Cabaniss Parkway, que fueron generosamente donadas por Tom y Cora Keeler. Desde nuestra fundación, nos hemos dedicado a brindar el mejor cuidado posible a los animales bajo nuestro techo, así como a los animales de nuestra comunidad.
